To this end, the following is provided: determining by the terminal the target downlink resource among a plurality of downlink resources for transmitting the target downlink signal; determination by the terminal of the target precoding information for the uplink in accordance with the target downlink resource and the given corresponding ratio, wherein the predetermined corresponding ratio is the corresponding relationship between the downlink resources and the precoding information for the uplink; and transmitting by the terminal an uplink signal in accordance with the target coding information for the uplink.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of resource consumption during signal transmission.
