SUBSTANCE: present invention proposes signal transmission means. Terminal receives downlink control channel (DCI) information, wherein DCI information carries indicative resource reservation information, and indicative information on reservation of resources indicates whether the terminal should reserve a physical resource in the time domain resource element or not. Terminal determines a first physical resource used to transmit a first signal in a time domain resource element in accordance with indicative resource reservation information, or determining by the terminal a second physical resource used under the protection interval in the uplink and downstream directions, in the time domain resource element in accordance with indicative information on reservation of resources. Terminal determines a physical resource to be reserved in the time domain resource element in accordance with indicative information on reservation of resources. Terminal determines a first physical resource or a second physical resource among other physical resources minus a reserved physical resource in a time domain resource element.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of signals transmission.
