Method includes: determining, by a terminal, a plurality of sets of candidate resources for transmitting first control information; terminal detection of the first control information transmitted by the network device on the plurality of candidate resource sets; determining, by a terminal, a target set of resources from multiple sets of candidate resources based on detection results of the first control information; determination by the terminal of the target resource of the control channel corresponding to the target resource set, by the target resource set and the first distribution relation, wherein first distribution ratio is used to indicate corresponding ratio between plurality of candidate resources sets and plurality of control channel resources; and terminal detection of second control information transmitted by network device on control channel target resource.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to simplify the blind detection process with respect to control information executed by the terminal.
