SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for applying noise suppressing elements on buses. Technical result is achieved by device (18), which comprises loading station (20) for stacks (21) of noise suppressing elements (12), station (22) for extraction of noise suppressing elements (12) from each stack (21) located downstream from loading station (20), conveyor (23) located downstream from extraction station (22). Conveyor (23) moves noise suppressing elements (12) extracted from piles (21) into row, which are then applied on inner surface of buses (2). Removal of each of noise suppression elements (12) comprises holding first noise suppressing element (12') located in base of stack (21), lifting other noise suppressing elements (12) of stack (21) from first noise suppressing element (12'), moving the first noise suppression element (12'), lowering other noise suppressing elements (12) of stack (21).

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of lines for production of tires equipped with noise suppression elements, and improved quality and operational characteristics of this type of buses.
