SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus (1) for loop wrapping annular fastening structures (100) of a tire. Technical result is achieved by installation (1) for loop wrapping of circular fastening structures (100), which includes loops-wrapping device (2), detachment station (8a) and connecting station (8b). Manipulator device (3) is interconnected with device (2) for loop wrapping for control of installation (1) by means of movement of multiple annular fastening structures (100), connected to appropriate separating elements (300), loop-wrapped annular fasteners (200) connected to appropriate separating elements (300), separating elements (300a). Separating elements (300) connected to appropriate annular fastening structures (100) are fed along feed section (A1). Separating elements (300a), separated by corresponding annular fastening structures (100, 200), are transmitted from station (8a) for disconnection to connecting station (8b) along transfer section (T), located in first intermediate station (11, 11a). Separating elements (300) connected to the corresponding loop-wrapped annular fastening structures (200) are removed along the removal section (A2).

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the duration of the production cycle of the whole loop-wrapping plant, simplify the installation and improve its operational flexibility.
