SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for stimulating hepatocyte proliferation after extensive hepatectomy. In anatomical resection of 70 % of liver mass laboratory animal intraoperatively produced in liver parenchyma 8-10 injectable cyanocobalamin at concentration of 200 mcg/ml of 2–3 mm depth at distance of 5–7 mm from each other by 0.1 ml.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the potential development of post-excitatory hepatic insufficiency by fast recovery of resected liver.
