FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, specifically to gas chromatographic analysis methods, and can be used in oil and gas industry. Method for solid-phase concentration of a combination of water-soluble volatile and non-volatile formation indicators, includes directing a fixed amount of a sample of formation water with tracers dissolved therein into a sorption tube filled with a suitable sorbent for solid-phase concentration at low temperature and subsequent thermal desorption at a higher temperature in the chromatographic column for analysis in the reverse direction than when sorption, wherein the sample of the formation water is pre-evaporated, and water vapor and water-soluble tracers are directed by a stream of inert gas into the sorption tube through a sealed glass vessel at a temperature of +1 °C to catch condensed moisture.
EFFECT: high degree of enrichment of impurities of water-soluble volatile and non-volatile substances from aqueous media.
