SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of belt tensioners for vehicle passenger restraint system. Belt seat belt tensioner comprises a frame having a lateral side with a first hole, a locking assembly attached to the frame and having a housing with a second opening, located adjacent to first hole, and shaft coupling retained by side wall with possibility of rotation and sealing. Shaft coupling in operating condition connects coil shaft with locking assembly through first and second holes. At least one seal in working condition is located in the first hole between the shaft coupling and the side wall of the frame.
