SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Disclosed are embodiments of bitter, milk and white chocolate containing treated buckwheat seeds in the recipe. Said treated buckwheat tea seeds are obtained from granulated buckwheat kernels fried at temperature of 60 degrees until dark brown colour is obtained during frying.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce chocolate of stable quality with unique taste and aroma.
