FIELD: consumer goods industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and can be used in sewing industry during wet-heat treatment of clothing parts from textile materials. Device for molding voluminous parts of clothes comprises perforated mold-last 2 with nozzles 3 for supply of polymer material, base 1, on which a domed rubber membrane 6 is located, located under perforated mold-last 2, and air compressor 9 connected by means of pipeline 8 to lower part of base 1. According to invention, dome-shaped rubber membrane 6 is made with uniformly increasing thickness from upper point of canopy to base 1. Thickness of membrane 6 at each point is determined by formula h=(P/σt)R, where h is dome-shaped rubber membrane thickness, mm; P is limiting pressure for forming part of clothes voluminous part, N/mm2; σt is the tangential circumferential stress of the processed material, N/mm2; R is radius of curvature of perforated mold-last, mm.

EFFECT: higher quality of molded voluminous parts of clothes.
