FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to compositions of waterproof and wear-resistant concrete, and can be used for concreting hydraulic structures. Special concrete contains Portland cement CEM I 32.5H, mineral additive, chemical modifier, sea sand of fraction up to 2.5 mm, crushed stone or gravel of fraction up to 150 mm and water as mineral additive with specific surface area of 800 m2/kg, granulated blast-furnace slag or electro-thermophosphorous slag is used, and the chemical modifier is a polyacrylate-based hyper plasticiser – HIDETAL-P-8, with the following ratio, wt%: Portland cement CEM I 32.5H 14–16.3; granular blast-furnace slag or electro-thermophosphorous slag 3–4.4; sea sand of fraction from 2.0 to 2.5 mm 36–39; crushed stone or gravel with particle size from 70 to 150 mm 29–31; polyacrylate-based hyper plasticiser 0.5–1.0; water – balance.
EFFECT: high water-resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of hydraulic structures, as well as low cost of end products with simultaneous improvement of environmental situation due to use of man-made wastes in concrete.
