SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in surgical and ophthalmological systems. Version of invention realisation contains surgical cassette for application in surgical device, which has first side (for instance, internal side) and second side (for instance, external side). Surgical cassette contains first clamping area, second clamping area and case area. Case area is made with possibility of connection on its first side with surgical upright during application. First clamping area projects from the top of case area and is made with possibility of contact with first clamping guide on second side of cassette during application. Second clamping area projects from the bottom of case area and is made with possibility of contact with second clamping guide on second side of cassette during application.
EFFECT: problems of known cassettes with side clamp and clamping systems are weakened or eliminated.
