SUBSTANCE: monitoring system of main device (11), in particular building or part of building, or vehicle, by means of mobile terminal (10). Main device (11) has a heating device having a temperature sensor. System also comprises a determination device for determining current state of main device (11) by means of a heating device, in particular containing determination of current temperature on or in main device (11) by means of temperature sensor of heating device and/or determination of supplied to heating power supply device; verification device for checking whether current state change is normal state change or abnormal state change, wherein the state change is set by forming the difference and/or generating a differential and/or the relationship between the current state and the previous determined state; and an output device for outputting corresponding information to and/or via mobile terminal (10) at least upon detection of abnormal state change.

EFFECT: efficient monitoring of the main device.
