SUBSTANCE: invention relates to signaling. Method of monitoring and controlling an object includes controlling at least one controlled sensor connected to a base module, providing transmission over GPRS of an alarm signal to registered subscribers when a "negative" event is detected by the controlled sensor, includes control of controlled mechanism connected to basic module, control of controlled sensor and controlled mechanism connected to one of expansion modules connected via radio channel to basic module, transmitting information from the monitored sensors of the basic module and the extension module to the remote user terminal over the GPRS channel, monitoring and control of basic module and expansion module and controlled mechanisms connected to basic module and expansion module, wherein control by controlled sensors and controlled mechanisms are controlled both from basic module and expansion module in automatic mode, and from remote user terminal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of resistance of controlled object to external action.
