FIELD: paint industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for easily strippable and chemically resistant coatings for metal and plastic substrates, as well as to a method for producing a easily strippable lacquer layer, a method for chemical milling metal bases and a base. Said composition contains at least one binding component A and at least one curing component B. Binding component A contains at least one polyether polyol component based on polyoxyalkylene glycol (A1), at least one aromatic diamine (A2), silicone elastomer particles (A3) and at least one polyurethane urea (A4). Curing component B contains at least one urethane-containing component containing unblocked isocyanate groups (B1), and at least one aromatic diisocyanate based on methylene diphenyl isocyanate (B2). Component B1 is obtained by reacting a hydroxyl group-containing component B1.1 with an isocyanate component B1.2, where component B1.1 is a polyether polyol component based on polyoxyalkylene glycol. Ratio of hydroxyl groups of all components of binder component A to isocyanate groups of curing component B (OH:NCO) ranges from 1:0.9 to 1:1.4. Content of non-blocked isocyanate groups of curing component B ranges from 10 to 30 wt %. Content of solid substances in the coating composition exceeds 95 wt %. Obtained compositions have improved stability during storage, have low content of solvents, and also enable to obtain the required thickness of the coating layer by a single-step method of application.

EFFECT: coatings obtained using said composition have a reduced frequency of microholes, "boiling" of lacquer and/or bubbles, as well as have low tendency to near-surface infiltration in chemical milling baths.
