SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication methods and apparatus. Method comprises: receiving, by a network node of a user plane, instructions on how to divide streams of at least one session of protocol data units (PDU) into at least two streams for transmission through at least two network nodes, wherein at least a first stream is transmitted through the main network node and at least a second stream is transmitted through the secondary network node, and the direction of streams of said at least one session of the protocol data units (PDU) for transmission, wherein at least a first stream is transmitted to the main network node and at least a second stream is transmitted to the secondary network node according to the received indication.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and throughput of network nodes.
