FIELD: television and computer technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television and computer technology and provides the formation of a digital video signal of a “ring” frame completely and separately selected fragment of it with increased clarity, and is intended for television and computer observation of objects having the shape of a circular ring. The result is achieved by the fact that the TV camera is made on the basis of two single-chip sensors: “ring” and “rectangular” (matrix), manufactured using the technology of complementary structures “metal-oxide-semiconductor” (CMOS). If the size of the photosensitive area of active pixel (Δ1) of the first string of the “ring” sensor is less than the area of (Δ) as a matrix photodetector, for the alignment of the sensitivity of the “ring” and a matrix of channels in the TV camera, the Km active pixel gain for each of the current “ring” lines of the “ring” sensor is increased Δ/Δ1 times, if the value of the Δ1 index in the “ring” sensor is more than Δ in the matrix photodetector, then, to equalize the sensitivities of the “ring” and matrix channels, the value of the K active pixel gain of the matrix sensor is increased Δ1/Δ times, provided that the value of the coefficient Km for the “ring” sensor is preserved.

EFFECT: expansion of the nomenclature of the equipment used as part of the television camera system by using “ring” and matrix photodetectors, differing in the area of photosensitive pixels (Δ1) and (Δ), as sensors.
