FIELD: television technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by the fact that television camera has two sensors: "circular" and additional photodetector, which is "rectangular" (matrix) sensor, as well as a beam splitter located at the output of the panoramic lens, a clock pulse selector, an electronic marker generator and a mixer switch, the output of which is the "Video" output of the television camera, wherein the matrix photodetector, as well as the "ring" sensor, is CMOS-based. Camera additionally comprises a guidance unit which performs smooth spatial movement of the matrix photodetector within the circle to the position marked on the image in the panoramic scene viewing mode completely with an electronic mark, which is simultaneously a geometric center of the separately proposed fragment of the "circular" frame.
EFFECT: technical result is increased resolution of separately observed fragments of "ring" frame.
