SUBSTANCE: discrete valve flow rate converter is proposed to obtain flow rate through valve in dynamic hydraulic system, for example, based on alarm, containing information on pressure drop on valve and calibration data of hydraulic characteristics of valve. Flow converter of the discrete valve sets the flow rate of the valve system directly and accurately at the open position of the valve and corresponding signals of pressure drop on the valve connected to it. Flow transducer of discrete valve can be used for all types of valves, if there is open position and pressure drop, including in implementations with control valves, for example, when valve open position is controlled automatically and accurately, as well as in implementations both for pressure control means in pump systems with known flow rate, for example adaptive control systems of hydraulic systems, and in form of alternative to control and control of pump without sensors.
