FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to mining industry and can be used for dressing of nonferrous metal ores, as well as sands of placer gold, platinum, tin and other heavy metals are in initial rock mass in free state, including those introduced into such state by special methods, for example, sieving, crushing or their combination. Pipe-helical-conic concentrator includes a pipe wound in an expanding upward spiral with a vertical axis of symmetry and a variable coiling radius, equipped with a mixer with controlled supply of components, provided with a control valve and a dosing valve, as well as equipped with valves, providing change of liquid flow direction in pipe. Pipe is placed in a frame with vibrators installed on it and connected with external support by springs.
EFFECT: high extraction ratio of heavy components from dressed rock mass, as well as high efficiency of the device.
