METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STUDYING PROCESS OF THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF ORGANIC MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F23G5/27 G01N1/22

Abstract RU 2721617 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to research of processes of thermal processing of materials containing organic substances, including wastes, and can be used in municipal services, power engineering, chemical and fuel industries. Amount of heat required for autothermicity of the process is obtained by burning part of the vapour-gas mixture in a burner device of an injection type, equipped with a pressure fan with controlled air flow rate, another portion of the vapour-gas mixture is fed into a condenser of liquid products, sampling the vapour-gas mixture, gas of pyrolysis and flue gases is carried into gas pipettes, ratio of streams supplied to combustion and into condenser of liquid products is controlled by common switching device, temperature of flue gases before gas cleaning system inlet is reduced successively in gas cooler by atmospheric air and in water heat exchanger, and pyrolysis process is carried out with constant stirring of material by agitator with electric drive.

EFFECT: high efficiency of investigating the thermal decomposition of different organo-containing materials, including wastes, enabling control of the combustion mode of the vapour-gas mixture and the temperature of waste flue gases, enabling evaluation of properties of pyrolysis products and flue gases during the process.
