FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used in construction of pipelines of domestic sewerage, rainwater drainage, industrial and other gutters, pipelines for transportation of chemical liquids, relates to a device for application of mortar, in particular, to metal nozzle for automatic supply of bentonite during trenchless laying of glass composite pipes. Metal pressure nozzle for automatic supply of bentonite during trenchless laying of glass composite pipes consists of housing made of steel, with ribs made monolithic along its perimeter, in which there is a check valve made with projections, a nut made of steel, installed on one threaded end of the housing with the possibility of being installed in the hole in the wall of the pipe made with splines, plug made of steel installed in hole on other end of housing, made with spline with possibility of its screwing, at that sealing profile is installed in joint with pipe and on plug. Check valve is made of polyethylene.

EFFECT: improving reliability of device fixation in pipe wall and provision of its sealing during pressure pipelines laying and after application, which enables to efficiently deliver bentonite solution to the surface of the pushed glass composite pipe, thereby ensuring its efficient passage and high operational characteristics.
