SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibre-optic equipment and can be used for construction of on-board networks of cars, aircrafts, ships of water transport, space aircraft and other movable objects for various purposes. According to the method of laying the on-board fibre-optic cable, the lengths of the on-board fibre-optic cables are terminated on both sides and tested in the factory conditions, then on one side at these lengths the terminated cable end is cut, these end-terminated fibre-optic cable ends are laid on-board the movable object, after which the laid lengths of the on-board fibre-optic cable are terminated from the second end and tested, at that, first, on the movable object on the specified route, a protective pipeline is laid out of metal, plastic or other material, in which a package of micro tubes made of metal is laid, plastic or other material, after which, to channels of micro tubes by means of air laying or by another method, terminated at one end of length of on-board fibre-optic cable, and then the lengths of the on-board fibre-optic cable are terminated from the second end and tested.
