SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to an immunoassay for detecting cardiomarkers at the early stages of a cardiac event, such as myocardial infarction. Invention refers to a device for detecting markers of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in a human blood sample, including a mixture of at least two antibodies or conjugates of antibodies immobilized in the immunoassay, simultaneously reacting with at least cardiac troponin (CT) and with cardiac form of fatty acid binding protein (HFBP), combined reactions provide a visual signal if concentration of each of said markers exceeds a certain predetermined threshold value, making 0.5 ng/ml for CT and 5 ng/ml for HFBP, said visual signal quickly and reliably indicates an AMI event in a critical period of 1 to 4 hours from the moment of its onset.

EFFECT: technical result is the detection of diagnostic blood markers within half an hour with the onset of the symptoms of acute myocardial infarction.
