FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiolocation and can be used as a landing radar in modern air traffic control systems for detecting and monitoring aircraft flight on approach trajectory on landing strip of aerodrome. Technical result is achieved by introducing blocks of digital phase detectors (23), (24), (27) and (28) and coordinate measurement units (25) and (29) into units of information processing units of phase changers (22) and (26), as well as use of monopulse signal processing using quadrature components of normalized difference signal with respect to total on complex plane.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining elevation coordinates of low-altitude aircraft.
