FIELD: flight control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of flight control and landing of aircraft in the near airfield area. The landing radar contains a heading antenna, a glide path antenna mounted on a turntable, two identical transmit-receive channels, which include transmitters, identical information processing units containing, respectively, receivers, control and interface devices, phase shifters (PS), digital phase detectors (DPD), coordinate measurement modules, registration device, technological display. The landing radar additionally contains an adder module, remote course control devices connected to the course antenna via the course channel radio channel, remote glide path control devices connected to the glide path antenna via the glide path channel radio channel, coordinate correction modules, coincidence modules, and also error modules.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the radar measurement of the spherical coordinates of the aircraft in the landing radar, which improves the reliability of the detection of the aircraft when the radar is operating in the normal mode of flight control and landing of the aircraft.
