FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to ship steering devices. Ship steering device comprises a profiled rudder blade, which consists of main part rigidly fixed on baller installed in vertical longitudinal plane of ship, flap located behind main part in direction of ship motion and interconnected with it by means of hinge with vertical axis of rotation. Main part of the rudder blade is provided with a flap turn drive comprising a rotary shaft with a vertical axis of rotation. End of rotary shaft is equipped with bushing, which axis is perpendicular to pivot shaft turn axis, through which rod with reciprocal motion is passed, the end of which is provided with a bend rigidly attached to flap. Rotary shaft is made with possibility of displacement in ship transverse plane, for this purpose it is coupled with slider with possibility of rotation around its axis of rotation. Slider is provided with a drive and has the possibility of reciprocal movement along the guides installed in the ship transverse plane.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and higher efficiency of control when moving ship both forward and reverse.
