FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to braking automatics in railway transport. System controls cargo train (CT), containing multiple cars (C), main locomotive (ML) located in train head part (CT), and one or several subordinate locomotives (SL), distributed along train length (CT). Train is equipped with a pneumatic braking air duct PBAD stretched along the whole train (CT). Main locomotive (ML) is equipped with main control system (MCS) for control of trains and at least one subordinate locomotive (SL), equipped with subordinate control system (SCS) controlled by main control system (MCS). Main and subordinate systems (MCS, SCS) can interact with each other over a radio link. Each subordinate system (SCS) is intended for control of traction devices (614), devices for pressure control in braking air duct (BP) (606–608) and devices for activation of emergency brake of corresponding subordinate locomotive (SL) and retransmission of signals describing state of said subordinate locomotive (SL) devices to main system (MCS). Main system (MCS) can interpret traction commands and braking commands sent by driver of main locomotive (ML), and can transmit corresponding commands to subordinate systems (SCS) in form of thrust setting values and values of pressure setting in braking air duct (PBAD) for their local implementation.
EFFECT: possibility to provide manual control of train in case of loss of radio communication in traction and braking mode without time limitations, in limited operating conditions and at reduced speed.
