FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and urology, and can be used for prediction of intraoperative hemorrhage in patients with dendritic nephrolithiasis in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. That is ensured by the preoperative examination of the thrombocyte link of the hemostasis system. Examination involves morphodensitometric analysis of peripheral blood thrombocytes. If observing the content of high-activated thrombocytes of type III 20.0–35.0 % or the content of degenerative forms of thrombocytes of type IV 3.0–9.0 %, a high risk of intraoperative bleeding is predicted.
EFFECT: invention enables higher accuracy and objectivity of intraoperative hemorrhage prediction in patients with dendritic nephrolithiasis in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy on the basis of detection of reference values of morphodensitometric indices of thrombocytes.
