FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, can be used in urology in treating the patients with urolithiasis with compact, large and coral calculi. That is ensured by preselection of an operative area by multispiral computed tomographic 3D reconstruction, renal Doppler ultrasound. Thereafter, the operative area is limited by two haemostatic catgut sutures with a puncture canal laid in between. It is followed with bougienage of an operating canal to Amplats tubes 32-34Ch without renal pedicle cross-clamping. The surgical procedure is completed by inserting a nephrostomic drainage in the form of a telescopic tube consisting of three segments. And the segments of the telescopic tube are removed starting with the third day. The manipulations related with lytholisis and fragment removal are visually aided.

EFFECT: method allows both treating the patients with clinically complex cases of nephrolithiasis (large, compact, multiple, recurrent, nonopaque, coral calculi of abnormal, exclusively functioning kidneys etc), predicting and preventing complications of inflammatory nature and associated with intraoperative haemorrhages and ischemic renal tissue.
