FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: mass flow rate controller comprises inlet and outlet air channels made in housing and separated by spring-loaded regulating element, actuator, which is made in the form of electromechanical drive installed on housing with possibility of its interaction with control element, made in form of rotary gate, kinematically connected to position sensor, wherein electromechanical drive includes coaxially installed magnetoelectric step motor, reduction gear and electromagnetic clutch.

EFFECT: providing stability of temperature conditions in compartments with heat-releasing equipment at changes of heat release power and parameters of air used for temperature control.
