FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for rotating a turret of an armament complex comprises a reduction gear with an output gear fixed to a mounting bracket of the turret. Output gear interacts with gear rim mounted on chassis of complex. Mounting bracket is provided with a support surface parallel to the turret rotation plane, and with several stops and holes arranged on it, a reducer is installed on the support surface of the bracket with four or more fastening projections made on its side surface. In each hole by means of cylindrical trunnion there is a prismatic key interacting with the fastening projections of the reduction box side surfaces, and wedge is installed between side surface of one of reduction ledges of reduction gear and one of supports of mounting bracket. Besides, the side surfaces of the prismatic keys are not symmetrical to the cylindrical journal axis.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the weapon system, improving repairability, providing the required gap in the geared engagement.
