Implant is presented in the form of a bone block produced from purified and preserved natural macro- and micropores of spongy xenobone. Implant contains native morphogenetic proteins, an antimicrobial preparation in a mixture with a biodegradable polymer. Antimicrobial preparation is located in macro- and micropores of a bone block in a mixture with amorphous L, D-polylactide.

EFFECT: invention provides marked antimicrobial activity with dosed prolonged release of the antimicrobial preparation in the implantation area.
