FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to sheet from non-textured electrical steel used as material of iron cores of drive engines, in particular for hybrid cars. Plate is made from steel having the following chemical composition, wt. %: C: 0.0050 % or less, Si: 1.50 % or more and 4.00 % or less, Al: 0.500 % or less, Mn: 0.10 % or more and 5.00 % or less, S: 0.0200 % or less, P: 0.200 % or less, N: 0.0050 % or less, O: 0.0200 % or less, Ca: 0.0010 % or more and 0.0050 % or less, Ni: 0.005 % or more and 3.000 % or less, Ti: 0.0030 % or less, Nb: 0.0030% or less, V: 0.0030 % or less, Zr: 0.0020 % or less, balance is Fe and unavoidable impurities. Sheet steel has conversion temperature of Ar3 700 °C or higher, grain size of 80 mcm or more and 200 mcm or less and Vickers hardness of 140 HV or more and 230 HV or less.
EFFECT: higher density of magnetic flow of sheet of electrical steel and reduced losses in iron without significant increase in cost.
