SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reflexotherapy. Method for diagnosing and recovering reflex muscular activity involves: searching for and identifying priority zones of altered receptor activity and associated muscles with disturbed reflex activity; preliminary diagnosis of a priority receptor zone, which is the cause of a protective muscular reflex with disturbed reflex activity; selecting an indicator muscle and clamping a muscle tendon involved in the step pattern; search of the priority receptor zone, which is the cause of the protective muscular reflex with the disturbed reflex activity and determination of the stimulus, which led to the change of muscular activity; checking the determination of the priority receptor zone, which is the cause of the protective muscular reflex and stimulus, which led to a change in muscular activity for it; search for a receptor zone of load redistribution with disturbed reflex activity and determination of a stimulus that led to a change in muscular activity for it and stimulation of the priority area and the receptor load redistribution zone by simultaneous application of stimuli determined for them, leading to a change in muscular activity, in which a deep tendon reflex is provoked.

EFFECT: providing accuracy of detection of zones with disturbed reflex activity; determining the stimuli that led to a change in the muscle activity for the priority and the load redistribution zone in any types of injuries of mechanoreceptors and nociceptors; providing complete recovery of muscular reflex activity in case of injuries of both mechanoreceptors, and nociceceptors; enlarging the scope of application of the method for muscular reflex activity recovery; providing complete and irreversible recovery of motion volume and stability of joints; besides, the method enables reducing or completely relieving pain symptoms.
