Voice robotic question-answer system comprises a module for automatic start-up of a connection with an electronic user device, configured to interact with an IVR system to provide a connection to an electronic user device, wherein the system further comprises a database with hierarchical models of speech units and a response determination module IVR system, configured to receive audio data from the IVR system, analyzing a database with hierarchical models of speech units based on the sound data received from the IVR system, determining the response based on the audio data received from the IVR system and transmitting the response to the IVR system.

EFFECT: technical result is higher probability of connection of voice robotic question-answer system with electronic device of user under condition of its interaction with IVR system.
