FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automatic notification, information, consultation and reception of data from a user and can be used for voice and text interaction with employees and clients of various organizations and enterprises, as well as with individuals. Voice robotic question-answer system comprises a module for automatic start-up of a connection with an electronic user device, configured to interact with an IVR system to provide a connection to an electronic user device, and is characterized by that the system comprises a report on interaction of the voice robotic question-answer system with the IVR system, configured to completion the report with data, obtained during interaction of voice robotic question-answer system with IVR system in case of absence of established connection of system with electronic device of user.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling generation of voice robotic question-answer system reports with data obtained during its interaction with IVR system in the absence of established connection with electronic device of user.
