FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automatic information, consultation and collection of survey data and can be used for voice and text interaction with employees and clients of various organizations and enterprises, as well as with individuals. Voice automated robotized question-answer system includes a module for automatic determination of system actions with respect to a user in case of disconnection with its electronic device, made with possibility to obtain data on cause of failure of communication system with electronic user device, obtaining system interaction data with a user through its electronic device and analyzing said data, as well as transmitting data to a module for automatically starting connection with an electronic user device, wherein after determining the cause of termination of communication system with electronic user device is automatic determination of system actions with respect to user taking into account data on cause of failure of communication system with electronic user device and system interaction data with user through its electronic device and performing these actions system by user.
EFFECT: high quality of interaction of the voice robotic question-answer system with the user through its electronic device.
