SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication network engineering. Technical result is achieved by adjusting bandwidth on request by associating various generalized switching paths on gLSP marks between client devices of user-to-network interface, UNI-C devices, with the same VTE channel between UNI-C devices; and performing, if there is a request for an additional bandwidth for the generalized label switching path in the VTE channel, expansion of the pass band in the generalized label switching path or addition of a generalized label switching path for the VTE channel, which satisfies the bandwidth request.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing reliable adjustment of bandwidth provided by service level without changing topology of client-side network.
