FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural element (1, 10, 20) for installation for application of coating by immersion into melt, which during its operation comes into direct contact with submersible bath with liquid metal. Structural element (1, 10, 20) comprises metal main part (2, 12), and at least part of surface of main part (2, 12) is equipped with three-layer coating (5). Coating contains corrosion-resistant adhesive layer (6) located directly on said surface area and made at least partially of base alloy on base of iron or nickel, safety layer (7) arranged on adhesive layer (6), made at least partially from molybdenum, from molybdenum-containing alloy or from molybdenum carbide, and located on safety layer (7) ceramic coating layer (8), made at least partially from oxide ceramics with addition of rare-earth elements.
EFFECT: technical result is longer service life of structural element in submersible bath and higher quality of workpiece coated in said plant containing disclosed structural element, since no impressions or errors of the surface of the structural element are transferred to the workpiece guided by means of it.
