FIELD: examination of materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of materials, namely determination of electrophysical parameters of powder materials, and can be used in materials science, electrical engineering, physics of solid body and powder metallurgy. Device comprises a frame on which there are movable and fixed supports, units for creating and measuring movement, a measuring cell containing an insulating sleeve for placing a sample of the analyzed material in it, cylindrical electrodes made with lead-in part to be arranged in insulating sleeve and installed through insulators on movable and fixed supports. Frame is made in the form of at least two rods connected to movable and fixed supports, axis of rods are parallel to axis of measuring cell, at that movement measuring unit is fixed on one support, and its sensitive element is kinematically connected to other support. Insulating bushing is made from monocrystalline aluminum oxide. Device comprises a unit for monitoring the compression force of the analyzed sample during measurement, kinematically connected to the movable support.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring density and determining electrophysical parameters of the analyzed powder material during compaction thereof; expansion of range of density and nomenclature measurements of powdered materials.
