FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of case mounted on support of fixed tie beam in force measuring mechanism of tension testing machine, of axle secured in case, of sample for evaluation of state friction force of tested materials including two parts out of these materials fixed against vertical motion, said parts are attached to above said axle, and of movable part positioned between fixed parts. Plates out of tested material or plates with applied tested material are fastened on both sides of one of ends of the movable part; while another end of this part is fastened in grippers of a movable cross bar of the force measuring mechanism of the tension testing machine. A mechanism for sample standard loading consists of a bolt and a spacer attached to the above said axle. The device is also equipped with a sample for evaluation of break away force of a glue connection or coating including two fixed against vertical motion parts out of tested material attached to the above said axle and of a movable part out of the same material fastened in the grippers of the movable cross bar of the force measuring device of the tension testing machine. Between the movable part and one of the fixed parts there is located a glued seam or coating; from the side of the movable part opposite to the glued seam of coating there is fastened a plate out of tested material or there is applied tested coating contacting the second fixed part.

EFFECT: evaluation of adhesion strength of glued connections and coating depending on standard load, of resistance of packing coating out of material of low strength and evaluation of reliability of various types of connection.
