FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to research equipment. Substance: the surface of a cone is coated, the cone is immersed in water or a saline solution in a conical container, followed by freezing in a thermostat, installing in the clamps of a universal testing machine, and determining the pull-off force of the coated cone from ice. The cone is made of an aluminium alloy, wherein prior to coating the surface of the cone, the pre-cleaned surface of the cone made of aluminium alloy is subjected to electrolytic oxidation in an electrolyte containing, g/l: 15 to 25 Na2SiO3·5H2O and 1 to 2 NaOH, in the mode of plasma micro-discharges in the monopolar galvanostatic mode at a current density of 0.3 to 1.0 A/cm2 and a polarising signal filling factor of 50%. The research module comprises a cone configured to be coated and a conical container. The cone is made of an aluminium alloy, wherein the pre-cleaned surface of the cone made of aluminium alloy is subjected to electrolytic oxidation in an electrolyte containing, g/l: 15 to 25 Na2SiO3·5H2O and 1 to 2 NaOH, in the mode of plasma micro-discharges in the monopolar galvanostatic mode at a current density of 0.3 to 1.0 A/cm2 and a polarising signal filling factor of 50%.
EFFECT: possibility of reducing the amount of tests needed for statistical validity of the results of estimation of the adhesion of ice to paint and varnish and powder coatings.
