FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method for high-temperature treatment of wood. Device for high-temperature treatment of wood includes an autoclave with a cover, wherein in the housing of the autoclave there is an electromagnetic valve and a fan configured to equalize the temperature inside the autoclave vessel, and on the outer surface of the housing of the autoclave there is a high-temperature electrical insulation, on top of which there is a heating winding from the conductor, wherein the heating winding from the conductor, electromagnetic valve and fan are made with possibility of connection to control unit, at the same time heat insulating layer is fixed from conductor over conductor winding. Method of high-temperature treatment of wood includes loading chamber of autoclave with wood, pressure tight closure of autoclave cover, activation by winding control unit from conductor, heating to intermediate temperature, closing the electromagnetic valve and switching on the fan, heating with increasing pressure in the autoclave vessel before setting temperature and pressure, holding time in steady-state conditions, disconnection of conductor winding heating by means of control unit and pressure relief by solenoid valve, wood unloading from autoclave chamber and fan shutdown.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of electric energy consumption due to use of heating winding from conductor (inductance coil), made on external surface of autoclave housing, and fan, made with possibility of temperature alignment inside autoclave vessel.
