FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are libraries of particles characterized by a display of a variety of different T-cell receptors (TCR), wherein the plurality of TCR substantially consists of TCR, including a variable domain of an alpha chain from a natural repertoire of TRAV12-2 or TRAV21 and a variable domain of a beta chain from a natural repertoire of TRBV6. In addition, use of libraries and methods of producing TCR, as well as methods of producing particle libraries are considered.
EFFECT: present invention can find further application in TCR screening suitable for use in immunotherapeutic purposes.
