FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to osteopathy. At the first stage of osteopathic treatment, skull compression is eliminated and craniosacral rhythm is restored with the help of tissue techniques. Skull bones are corrected, cervical spine equilibration is performed. That is followed by correction of sacral dysfunction. Asynchronism of the craniosacral connection is eliminated, the thoracic spine and lumbar spine are trimmed. Performing global body balancing with craniosacral technique. For this purpose, the patient takes the initial position lying on the back, the doctor sits at the head. Further, the doctor places the wrists on the side of the patient's skull on the right and left behind the ear, creating a support with the palm rim and fingers. Palpatory chord and an intention are created to balance the body. Motion of the skull tissues is detected under the fingers, the technique of aggravation follows, following the movement of the tissues. Traction is detected and removed till the moment when tension between hands leaves, tissues are softened and expansion is performed till reaching the rest point. Tissues are held in the achieved state until a craniosacral rhythm equals 10–12 movements per minute. In 3–10 days at the second stage of treatment, dysfunction is corrected in the interpleural space, and the body is equilibrated with craniosacral technique. In 3–10 days at III stage of treatment correction of dysfunction in small pelvis is performed, global balancing of organism with craniosacral technique. If necessary, at the second and/or third stage, correction of dysfunctions in the heart area and liver region is performed additionally.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of patient's recovery and rehabilitation due to stage-by-stage restructuring of body tissues injured during whiplash injuries to correct functional and anatomic state.
