SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of feeding light hydrocarbon fuel and relates to power and transport machine building, and is intended for ground-based power plants and vehicles. Disclosed is a method of feeding light hydrocarbon fuel into an internal combustion engine, which consists in heating light hydrocarbon fuel before starting, during start-up and warm-up of an internal combustion engine. Prior to starting, the valve pair of the shutdown fuel element seat is warming-up, heated, the internal combustion engine is started, and after warming-up of the internal combustion engine, the seat heating of the valve pair of the shutdown fuel cell is switched off.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of fuel and air mixture mixing at start-up and warm-up of internal combustion engine.
