SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing a catalyst for a straight-run diesel fractions hydrofining process. Method of preparing NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst for hydrofining process of straight-run diesel fraction contains active component, which includes oxides of nickel, molybdenum and phosphorus, dispersed on aluminum oxide carrier, method consists in impregnation of alumina support granules with impregnation solution with subsequent drying, impregnating solution is prepared by successive dissolution of orthophosphoric acid, molybdenum (VI) oxide, hydroxide and/or nickel oxide and diethylene glycol in distilled water.

EFFECT: improved processability of the catalyst preparation method.
