FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for combined hydrotreatment of triglycerides of fatty acids and straight-run diesel fraction on sulfide catalysts in order to obtain low-sulfur hydrocarbon fractions and can be used in oil refining industry. Disclosed is a method for combined hydrotreatment of triglycerides of fatty acids (TFA) and petroleum diesel fractions, according to which process is carried out in two series-connected reactors. According to the invention, the mixture containing TFA and straight-line diesel fraction is passed through the first reactor with catalyst at temperature not exceeding 330 °C, where hydrodeoxygenation of TFA proceeds with formation of alkanes. Stream from the first reactor is mixed with light gasoil of catalytic cracking and supplied to the second reactor, where hydrodesulfurisation, hydrodenitrogenation and hydrogenation of aromatic hydrocarbons occur in the presence of a NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst at temperature of 340–360 °C. Catalysts used can be Mo/Al2O3 hydrodeoxygenation and NiMo/Al2O3 hydrotreating catalysts.
EFFECT: obtaining low-sulfur hydrocarbon mixtures corresponding to density and content of aromatic hydrocarbons to GOST R 52368-2005 (Diesel fuel EURO; Technical conditions), when involving in processing up to 25 wt% of light gasoil of catalytic cracking, under conditions of domestic hydrotreatment plants operation – at hydrogen pressure of 4 MPa.
