FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hydroforming preliminarily treated triglycerides of fatty acids (TFA) and straight-run diesel fraction at high temperature and pressure of hydrogen on sulphide catalysts MoS2/Al2O3 and NiMoS2/Al2O3 in two stages, at first of which hydrotreatment of straight-run diesel fraction is performed in presence of sulphide NiMoS2/Al2O3 catalyst. Fatty acid triglycerides are pre-treated, including sequential re-esterification with methanol and isomerization to obtain methyl esters of fatty acids with a branched hydrocarbon residue, which at the second stage are mixed with a mixture of hydrocarbons, hydrogen and hydrogen sulphide obtained at the first stage and performing hydrodeoxygenation reaction in presence of sulphide catalyst MoS2/Al2O3. Hydroskimming of the raw material is carried out at temperature 340 °C, hydrogen pressure of 4.0 MPa, volume flow rate of raw material is 1.1–1.25 h-1, total volume ratio hydrogen/raw material – 510–600 Nm3/m3.
EFFECT: hydroskimming triglycerides of fatty acids and oil fractions to low-sulfur hydrocarbon fractions with lower pour point and limiting filterability temperature.
